Need Help? Submit a Need to CCCOAD

The Curry County Community Organizations Active in Disaster (CCCOAD) is here to connect you with resources and support before, during, and after a disaster.
If you, your household, or your organization needs assistance, use this form to let us know.
Your request will be sent to the right workgroup so we can respond as quickly as possible.

Important Note

Submitting a need does not guarantee that CCCOAD or our partners will be able to meet your request.
All assistance depends on available resources, volunteer capacity, and disaster conditions at the time.
We will do our best to connect you with help or refer you to another organization that may be able to assist.

When to Use This Form

You can submit a need for yourself, your household, your business, or on behalf of someone else. Examples include:

  • Emergency Supplies – food, water, medicine, fuel, hygiene items.

  • Shelter or Housing – evacuation shelter, temporary housing, accessibility needs.

  • Animal Rescue & Care – pets, livestock, wildlife.

  • Mental Health & Emotional Support – counseling, crisis intervention, traditional healing.

  • Volunteer Assistance – help with cleanup, debris removal, transportation.

  • Resource Delivery – generators, blankets, medical supplies.

  • Other Needs – if you’re unsure, still submit your request.

What Happens After You Submit

  1. Your request is sent directly to the CCCOAD coordination team.

  2. We route it to the correct workgroup (such as Shelter, Supply Distribution, Mental Health, Animal Rescue, etc.).

  3. A CCCOAD member or partner organization will follow up with you if resources are available and you qualify for assistance.

Note: CCCOAD is a coordination network — we do not replace 911. If you are in immediate danger, call 911 first.
