The DOL & Deferred Prosecution treatment program satisfies the requirements of the State of Washington for individuals who have been assessed as having a significant problem with alcohol or other drugs and who require education and treatment to satisfy driving related offenses. The program may also accomodate Oregon Levels I and II.
